Sometimes. If the decking is sound and there is only one layer of shingles, a Brilliant metal roof can go over the top on purlins. If there is rot underneath or two layers already on, we tear off first — and we will tell you that before you sign, not halfway through.

We do. After a storm we photograph the damage on your Brilliant roof and write an itemized estimate you can hand to your adjuster. We do not file the claim for you and we will not promise you what an adjuster is going to approve — that is their call, not ours.
